Breakdowns
Your car’s stopped dead and there’s smoke coming out from under the bonnet. Whatever’s gone wrong, Bosch Car Assist will help sort it out. We’ll even tow your car to the nearest Bosch Car Service centre.
Flat Battery
Jump-start your journey with Bosch Car Assist. If you need a new battery, we’ll take care of the tow-in (within the limits of your membership). You’ll have to pay for the new battery though.
Flat Tyre
If your tyre is flat, we’ll be there to help fit your spare in no time. And if your spare is also flat, we’ll tow your car to the nearest Bosch Car Service centre too.
Keys Locked-In
We’ll help get your keys out quickly and without damage to your car. Alternatively, we’ll tow you to the nearest Bosch Car Service centre. (parts, components, keys, key-cutting costs or other similar charges not included).
Empty Tank
Forgot to fill up before you left? If your fuel gauge hits zero and there’s no petrol station in sight, Bosch Car Assist will top up your tank with 10 litres of fuel when you need it most.
Unlimited Medical Assistance
Our 24-hour medical emergency line offers you and your family immediate response and assistance in any medical emergency. Professional and qualified medical personnel will help ensure that the most appropriate emergency service is dispatched. We’ll also arrange for emergency medical transportation to the nearest medical facility capable of providing adequate care.

Assistance
You’re entitled to use ONE of the emergency services listed within your member benefits in your free year of membership. If you’ve already used your free tow or roadside assist for the year, but still want us to help you out – no problem! You can simply pay a discounted rate through Bosch Car Assist.
80km Radius Cover
There are many AA support vehicles around the country waiting to help you out. However, they’re limited to an 80km radius that covers the round trip distance from where the AA support vehicle started to the member’s location and back again. If the member needs to be taken to the nearest Bosch Car Service Centre, this distance will be added to the total. If the total distance travelled is over the 80km radius, the member will need to cover the extra mileage.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that Bosch Car Service does not provide any of the actual services offered in our Emergency Assist benefits. This function is outsourced to a third-party service provider – AA South Africa. The Roadside Assistance service extends to the listed bordering countries of South Africa, including Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland.
